Many buyers need data for internal quality control, customer acceptance or certification support. The machine should record the necessary load, displacement, time, voltage or other parameters and export a report format that operators can use consistently.
Ask what data are recorded, how curves are displayed, whether test templates can be saved and whether the report can be customized for the laboratory workflow.
How will safety, installation and training be handled?
High-load and high-voltage tests need more than a machine body. Buyers should review guarding, emergency stop design, grounding, clearance, sample handling, foundation needs and operator training.
